FTX’s Sam Bankman-Fried Files Appeal to U.S Court in a Bid to Reduce 25-Year Sentence

Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, currently serving a 25-year prison sentence following his conviction on seven felony charges, has submitted an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit seeking to reduce his jail term with oral arguments scheduled for November 4, 2025.
